Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 12, 2025

By purchasing a membership or using UCWC services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Services Provided

UCWC offers subscription-based unlimited car washes at our Garden City and Southgate, Michigan locations. Memberships include wash services plus free perks such as vacuum stations, dash wipes, air fresheners, and bottled water.

2. Memberships

Memberships are vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred.
Monthly fees are automatically billed to the payment method on file.
Membership remains active until canceled by the member or UCWC.
Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

3. Use of Services

Members must present their membership credentials (e.g., RFID tag or license plate recognition) at each visit.
UCWC reserves the right to deny service if unsafe vehicle conditions are present (e.g., loose parts, oversized vehicles, aftermarket modifications).
Unlimited washes mean one wash per day per membership vehicle.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is transparent and may vary by membership level.
We accept major credit and debit cards.
Sales tax applies per Michigan law.
UCWC may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
Refunds are only issued if UCWC fails to provide service due to extended closures (7+ consecutive days).

6. Liability

UCWC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket parts, loose accessories, or damage caused by customer negligence.
Members must follow all posted signs and staff instructions at both Michigan locations.

7. Promotions & Offers

UCWC may run promotional offers that are subject to separate terms.
Discounts and perks may vary by location.

8. Changes to Terms

UCWC may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted online and available at both locations. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
